This policy explains what Dottie Logistics Software LLC ("Dottie", "we") collects, why, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
We use a small number of service providers to run the product — hosting, email delivery, payments, mapping and error monitoring. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and none is permitted to use your information for its own purposes. A forwarded email passes through our mail provider the same way any email passes through a mail server; your loads and rates never leave your own instance.
Your business data stays until you delete it or close your account. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your data from live systems, with encrypted backups ageing out on their normal schedule.
You can export your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on it.
Dottie is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
When we send text messages (a driver's shipment-tracking link, or a password-reset code), we process the mobile phone number only to deliver that message. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or messaging consent, and we do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. Our SMS provider transmits the message on our behalf and is not permitted to use the number for any other purpose. These messages are transactional and infrequent — a tracking link is sent once per load, and a reset code only when you request one. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell account holders by email rather than quietly reposting the page.
